don't knock the redshirts, once I started a SIMM as the redshirt set to die but I wrote my way out of it and wound up a Lt. Cmdr. before the thing died :lol:

Ok somehow My Character not only became a security officer but now he is head of security...

He is small framed, small minded man who hates Betazoids, Vulcans and anyone who can read minds. (it seems half the ship has mental powers). He loves Klingon culture and fancies himself an expert.

Then his newest security officer is a transfer from a Klingon battleship.

So he spends his time on the ship avoiding the new Klingon officer because he is afraid the Klingon will want to challenge him to a fight for his command.
