Have you guys heard about this movie??

It has a lot of big Star Trek actors in it!

Directed by Tim russ (aka Tuvok)
staring: walter koeing, Nichelle Nicols,Allen Ruck, Tim Russ, Garret wang, Gary Graham, chaste masterson, Grace lee whitney and other trek stars

I've heard of it.
And it was also supposed to be released on the Internet back in April, but production problems have prevented that. They're hoping to get it finished and ready for viewing later this month.

yeah i posted about this here months ago, i have been very excited about it, the beginning shows the actor of kneelix almost die, and so its probably going to be good. im annoyed though that its taking so long, it was meant to be out months ago :(


still it will be worth the wait, and i am not going to be supprised if it actually turns out to be better than the new film.

Im expecting it to be a really good one!

Im sure the actors are doing it for free.. or very little...

I think this one is for the fans... ( or maybe more for the actors)

I love tim russ...so I cant wait to see it!

I do like Tim Russ but he does seem to always play very similar characters in things i have seen him in... even in Die hard 4 lol.

That's true... I even saw a Tim Russ interview where he was talking about being type cast as the "detective" sort all the time..

I didn't know he was in Die hard 4!! I still haven't see it yet!

I'm just glad he took this movie on... I heard he was approached to play a part... and he said.. "only if I can direct it too"

which was probably a good decision, we have yet to know hehe.


oh by the way, i saw the new episode of "new voyages" with George Taki today, it was amazing! i recommend it strongly, its quite long but very good:

wow... its probably the most famous one. i like it so much cus each episode has someone from actual star trek making an appearance.

apperantly I have watched it before... and just forgot..
I was telling my boyfriend about it.. and he said we watched an episode (in parts) on youtube..

When and where can i watch Of Gods and Men ?

Been waiting for ages and i know it's meant to show today but the site wont tell me when and how .

I want to dowload the thing and watch it later ,can i ?

Part one will be avalible to watch at 5:01 EST on this Of Gods and Men If you go early you can watch the first three min's. It will be a good test to see if you will be able to see it on your computer. I have cable and it comes in with no problems. I do not know if a Dial up connection will play well.

So how far away is that ?

Just watched the first 3 min's again . I wonder if the main character is Gary Mitchell I can't think of anyone else who is still alive and mad at Kirk for 40 years. The mirror ships are the part I can't figure out yet. :confused:

Now i have more questions , but it was well done

The sets were very good the 1701 bridge is in NY state somewhere .And the Set recreated from the TOS episode was also very cool. I won't say what it was but it was done very well. :thumbs:

Seeing all those Trek actors was great. They even threw in an Orion for me it was Chase Masterson from DS 9. Truly a grand pursuit :wub:

And i believe she was also the captains woman .

That would have to be a fantasy of a few trekkies i'd imagine

It's actually located in Port Washington, NY which is near Lake George (Trekwolf will know where that is, as will DNesh). My second ex-wife lives not far from there.

so far I like the Movie.. the acting isnt so great... except surprisingly.. garret wang... hes doing very well..

The sets are great... and I LOVE seeing all the trek actors in one place.. its awesome!!
