Title: I just got a GameCube
Description: What games would you recomend I get?

TourqeGlare - January 26, 2007 08:44 PM (GMT)
I got it because my Moms friends son wasn't using his.
I got it for free! :D

The games I got with it are:
Smash Bros Melee
Metal Gear Solid
Crazy Taxi
Mario Kart Double Dash
Zelda: Wind Waker
Luigi's Mansion
Baten Kaitos (wtf?)
SSX Tricky
Defender
Final Fantasy: CC

Im looking out for Animal Crossing, PN 03,
Mario Sunshine, Sonic Adventure, and the Zelda Promo disk.

I'd actually avoid Mario Sunshine personally. Animal Crossing is absurdly addictive if you've got other people who will be using your GameCube.

Which Zelda promo disc are you looking for? The one with the four games on it or the Ocarina disc with Master Quest on it? Both are great things to have, but if you're an Ocarina fan, Master Quest was a really fun experience.

I also highly recommend Tales of Symphonia. In my opinion, that's a tragically overlooked RPG. The Metroid Prime games are really good as well.

mmm.... baulders gate dark alliance is a good one to get on the gamecube.

supprisingly "monopoly party" is also a lot of fun, and also star wars, rebel commander 3 is very good.

where do you keep getting the money for these consoles for :p?

OH also, pokemon XD and colloseum are good games to get.

Actually, I have collected in the past 14 years:

Estimated...
Atari 2600 ($5 at a garage sale) (16 games at $10 total)
Atari 5200 ($15 at a thrift store) (forgot)
2 NES ($10 and $5) (60+ games over the years at $120 Total)
Super Nintendo ($50) (25 games @ $150 total)
Sega Genesis (Mega Drive) (my dad forgot, but $30 sounds right) (16 games at $75 total)
Playstation (first one was a gift, $100 new second one was $15 at a thrift store) (35 games at $360 total)
Nintendo 64 ($50 with 5 games)
Platstation 2 ($300 new as a gift) (70+ games at $450 total)
Sega Dreamcast ($20 with 5 games)
too many Game Boys from all eras, lol (forgot)
Virtual Boy with 5 games (Eddie Van Halen guitar estimated at $40) (haven't touched)
Game Gear ($10) (forgot)
Game Cube (free)
Playstation 3 (just kidding)

Main sources are thrift stores, GameStops used section, and second hand shops.
Only 17% of EVERYTHING, I imagine were new and out of the box.

I haven't had a game boy since the big ass grey version first came out. Portable gaming never really interested me.

If you lived within 20 miles of me, then
you could have it for $50... or $30, whichever.

Otherwise, I cant send it out any farther.
Sorry.

(That and my collector brother wont let me)
