I was in Books A Million this morning and saw the Ships of the Line book and just browsed through it. There was a ship in there that was a cross between the NX-01 and the pre-constitution refit Enterprise. Basically the constitution style, but in the NX-01 design. It looked pretty nice. Don't have a pic of it though.

I love the CGI they've done on the remastered episodes. It adds so much more to a classic show. I can't get enough of them.

UPN channel nine in the NY area occasionally airs a re mastered episode on Sundays at 6 PM D'Nesh and I either watch one of those or one of my DVD's

My Channel 43 out of Syracuse shows it every Saturday at 4pm.
I've got my DVR set up to record it in case I'm not home to see it.
