Hey gang,

We're having a super contest, starting today and running until 10-15

This is similar to the chat forum marker and radio forum marker although it's bigger in scope:

Each contestant may submit 1 set of 8 pics (each 150 x 112 exactly). Each pic should correspond to a Trek category on the index page. So, 1 pic for General Trek, 1 for Enterprise, 1 for TOS, etc, all the way down to and including one for TrekNews.

Members will vote on the winning set.

Guidelines: You may use any pics you want, and they should include forum titles (like the radio and chat markers do). We only ask that you try to make each pic in the set match up with each other somehow, so that it's not a mis-mesh of different pics. This could be done with a similar color scheme, theme, or similar image like ships.

So get to work!

Also, if you'd like to participate but you've never done something like this before, then I would recommend using a program called 'slowview' to resize a pic that you find online (or crop it into proper dimensions), and then use Paint to put words in.

We have some very talented picture editors on the site, but many times (like with the Radio one) a simple one done with Paint can win.

i decided to go with a orbital theme for mine

alright here are mine. i put alot of work into these so i hope you guys like them.

^ i like the klingon theme that runs through these. very impressive.

i have to mention quickly, i have only just got my photoshop and computer working properly again so authough i am going to make a start on things like this again now, i am not completely sure when i will have them done... hopefully before the contest ends though :p
