...and all you TMP haters can blow me... :bye:

...be under the influence of whatever tickles your fancy during the cloud scene, and put on some Floyd; you won't regret it... :D

Whenever I'm suffering from insomnia, I just pop in TMP and I'm cured within 3 minutes.

I'm fine and I'm serious about that post. I have never been able to sit through the entire movie. There are fewer movies more dull than that POS.

TMP is the ultimate sedative

I don't think short bus has enough substance in his bong to watch the entire 2 hours of it

I only saw the whole thing through once I have tried to watch it since then but usually end up putting in First Contact or just giving up all together. I do remember the end was good though and I don't mean because it was over.

I just got done watching it and have a question. What did that asteroid/meteor have to do with the "wormhole" that the imbalanced engines created? Other than making one REALLY trippy set of tracers all over the screen, it made no sense.

I have no clue as to why it was done, other than to use that SFX someplace in the movie. I do like the Director's Edition much better than the Original Version. Robert Wise got to make the movie that he wanted to.
